item-a. supply and retro-fitment of remmlot system with locomotive and train management system [lrms & ltms] as per rdso spec. no. mp.0.0402.04 [part-0, 1 and 2] rev-7 dated 18/03/21 and client software on hhp diesel locomotives, provided with emd(110 nos), siemens(320 nos) and medha (16 nos) make ac-ac traction control systems. item-b.provision of central and back-up data logging and processing services for 24 months from date of commissioning as per part-2 of rdso spec. no. mp.0.0402.04 rev-7 dated 18/03/21 [locomotive & train management system]. notes (1) firm to quote rates for item-(a) and item- (b) separately. however, the evaluation of bids will be done on the combined cost of supply of equipment and data logging and processing services.
