Miscellaneous Civil and Structural Works - The scope of the work in general shall include the construction of Misc. Civil & Structural works for PDH Unit at Usar including supply of all materials, consumables, tools, tackles, machinery, equipment, manpower etc. and as per detailed scope of work, schedule of rates, specifications, standards etc. of the bid document. The Contractor shall be responsible to complete the entire work in all respect and any other work necessary to complete the job though specifically not covered in the scope of work as per the directions of Engineer-In- Charge. Major Civil works shall include following but not be limited to the same ? Pipe Racks & Branch Pipe Racks ? Equipment Foundation including Pumps, Columns, Vessels, Exchangers, Filters, Dryers, Silencers skid etc. ? Structure for supporting Process Columns ? Package equipment’s foundation ? E&I cable trenches at paved, unpaved area and road crossing. ? E&I cable tray supporting structure at pipe rack. ? Miscellaneous platforms, crossover and pipe supports. ? RCC / RR Masonry Drain.
